(Unless otherwise stated, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as the announcement dated 8 April 2026)

We refer to the announcements made by the Company on 8 April 2026 and 10 April 2026 in relation to the Agreement with STIDC.

The Board of Directors of PMW wishes to announce that the parties to the Agreement have, on 8 October 2026, entered into a supplementary agreement ("Supplementary Agreement"), to extend the period for the fulfilment of the conditions precedent under the Agreement for a further six (6) months, from 7 October 2026 to 7 April 2027 ("Extended Conditional Period"). This is to allow further time for the fulfilment of the outstanding conditions precedent.

Save for the extension of the conditional period as set out above, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement, including the conditions precedent, remain unchanged and shall continue to be valid and binding on the parties, who shall use their respective reasonable endeavours to procure and/or satisfy the outstanding conditions precedent within the Extended Conditional Period.

A copy of the Supplementary Agreement is available for inspection at the registered office of the Company during normal business hours for a period of three (3) months from the date of this announcement.
