Reference is made to the previous announcement on 13 March 2026.
The hearing of the Creditor's Petition against Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun (collectively, the "Judgment Debtors") was previously fixed on 20 May 2026. Subsequently, the Judgment Debtors filed applications in the Shah Alam High Court to stay the bankruptcy proceedings pending the disposal of their motion for leave to appeal to the Federal Court against the Court of Appeal's decision dated 9 March 2026 ("Stay Applications"). The motion for leave to appeal was filed under Application No. 08(f)-151-04/2026(W).
In this regard, the Company wishes to announce that the hearing of the Creditor's Petition on 20 May 2026 has been vacated and converted into case management. The Shah Alam High Court has rescheduled the hearing of both the Stay Applications and Creditor's Petition to 20 July 2026.
