RCE wishes to announce that the Company has on 9 September 2026 received notification from its Share Registrar, informing that its name has been changed from Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. with effect from 8 September 2026.

The Share Registrar's email address has also been updated to "is.enquiry@vistra.com" while its fax number has been discontinued. The address and telephone number of the Share Registrar remain unchanged.
