The Board of Directors of RKIB wishes to announce that Uptown Promenade Sdn. Bhd. ("UPSB" or the "Purchaser") and Latitude Tree Furniture Sdn. Bhd. ("LTFSB" or the "Purchaser"), both wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company had on 7 July 2026 entered into three (3) Sale and Purchase Agreements (the "Agreements") with Hsin Foong Manufacturer Sdn. Bhd. ("HFMSB" or the "Vendor") and Kelana Sempurna Sdn. Bhd. ("KSSB" or the "Vendor") for purchase of three (3) properties for a total cash consideration of RM47,000,000.00 ("Purchase Consideration") subject to terms and conditions as stipulated in the Agreements (the "Transaction").

(UPSB and LTFSB are collectively referred to as the "Purchasers")

(HFMSB and KSSB are collectively referred to as the "Vendors")

(UPSB, LTFSB, HFMSB and KSSB are collectively referred to as the "Parties").
