Pursuant to Rule 10.09(1)(a) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of SAG wishes to announce that the Company and/or its subsidiary companies ("SAG Group") have entered into RRPTs with companies connected with the Directors and/or major shareholders of SAG. The aggregate value of the RRPTs transacted for the period from the date of admission to and listing of the Company on 5 June 2025 (Listing Date) to 27 February 2026 has exceeded the 1% of the SAG Group's net assets based on the pro forma combined statements of financial position of SAG Group as at 31 December 2024.
