The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Shareholders' Ratification and Proposed Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature at the forthcoming 2nd Annual General Meeting of the Company.

A Circular to Shareholders in relation to the above will be sent to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
