Financial information for the FYEs 31 December 2020 and 2021 is presented on a pro-forma basis as if our Company, which was incorporated on 5 January 2021, had existed and consolidated the results of all the subsidiaries within our Group as from 1 January 2020.

1. Adjusted EBITDA is calculated as profit, plus income tax expense, finance costs and depreciation and amortisation, less finance and other distribution income, gain on lease reassessment and rectification claim.

2. Adjusted PBT is calculated as profit before tax less gain on lease reassessment and rectification claim.
