The Board of Directors of SunCon wishes to announce that SunCon has on 9 September 2026 received a letter from its Share Registrar, notifying the Company of its change of name from Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd with effect from 8 September 2026.

The Share Registrar also informed that it no longer maintains a facsimile number and its email address has been updated to "is.enquiry@vistra.com".
