We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the Listing of SHH. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

On behalf of the Company, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad and AmInvestment Bank Berhad wish to announce that the Listing of SHH was completed on 18 March 2026, following the admission of SHH to the Official List and the listing and quotation of the entire issued share capital of 11,500,165,558 Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on even date.
