We refer to our announcements below:

(i) Announcement dated 28 August 2026 in relation to the appointment of RAM Rating Services Berhad ("RAM") as the credit rating agency for Sunway's corporate rating including the Commercial Papers and/or Medium Term Notes Programmes ("CP/MTN Programmes") of Sunway and its group of companies (collectively, referred to as "Sunway Group"); and  

(ii) Announcement dated 8 September 2026 in relation to the new corporate rating of Sunway released by RAM.

The Board of Directors of Sunway is pleased to announce that Sunway Group has obtained approvals from the bondholders of its CP/MTN Programmes to replace Malaysian Rating Corporation Berhad ("MARC") with RAM as the credit rating agency for its CP/MTN Programmes.  

Following the receipt of the requisite bondholders' approvals, Sunway Group has on 28 October 2026 issued notices of termination to MARC to terminate its services as the credit rating agency for its CP/MTN Programmes.
