The Board of Directors of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd ("the Company"), being the manager of Sunway Real Estate Investment Trust, wishes to announce that the Company has on 9 September 2026, received a letter from its Unit Registrar notifying its change of name from Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd ("Vistra") with effect from 8 September 2026.

Vistra also informed that it no longer maintains a fax number and its email address has been updated to "is.enquiry@vistra.com".
