The Board of Directors of the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”) wishes to inform the shareholders that it is closely monitoring the ongoing geopolitical developments in the Gulf region.

While the situation remains fluid, the Group is proactively assessing any potential impact on its operations, supply chains, customers, employees and financial performance.

At this juncture, the Group’s operations have not experienced any material disruption arising from the situation. The Group’s major customers in Dubai have not ceased operations to date and, accordingly, the Group’s factories in Dubai continue to operate. However, operating hours have been shortened in compliance with Ramadan regulations and no overtime is currently being undertaken.

The safety and well-being of the Group’s employees remain a key priority. The Group has implemented appropriate precautionary measures and continues to monitor the situation closely to ensure the safety of its staff while maintaining operational continuity.

Nevertheless, the Group noted that any continued escalation or prolonged instability in the region may potentially affect certain external factors, including energy prices, logistics and shipping routes, and overall supply chain conditions, which could in turn impact operating costs and business activities.

The Group has implemented internal monitoring measures and is maintaining close communication with its key suppliers, logistics partners and customers to assess and mitigate any potential risks to its operations.

As the situation remains fluid, the Group will continue to monitor developments closely and make further announcements should there be any material impact on the Group’s operations or financial performance that warrants disclosure in accordance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
