The Board of Directors of Uzma Berhad (“Uzma” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that, pursuant to the Employees’ Share Scheme (“ESS”) which was approved by the shareholders of Uzma at the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) held on 30 November 2023, the Company has offered options and shares grant to eligible directors and employees, including certain members of the board, in accordance with Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
