We refer to the announcement made by the Company on 26 October 2026 in relation to the Notice of the Nineteenth Annual General Meeting ("19th AGM").

Please be informed that the date of the Notice of 19th AGM has been amended from 27 October 2026 to 30 October 2026.

Save for the amendment to the Notice date, there are no changes to the date, time, venue, resolutions, proxy form details, or Record of Depositors date for the 19th AGM scheduled for

Wednesday, 25 November 2026 at 10.00 a.m.

Accordingly, the amended version as set out in the attached Errata shall supersede the corresponding section of the 19th AGM Notice announced on 26 October 2026.
