Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 7 November 2025, 21 November 2025, 12 February 2026 and 15 May 2026 pertaining to the MOU entered into between Verdant Solar with Montfort and SET ("Announcements").

Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms and abbreviations used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.

Further to the Announcements, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Verdant Solar has successfully completed the installation, testing and commissioning of the rooftop solar photovoltaic system at Montfort in Sabah.

The Company is also pleased to announce that the collaborative activities contemplated under the MOU, including the implementation of the Company's corporate social responsibility initiative in collaboration with Montfort and SET, have been successfully completed in accordance with the objectives of the MOU.

Accordingly, the Parties have fulfilled their respective obligations under the MOU, and the MOU has been fully performed and concluded. The completion of the collaboration marks the successful achievement of the Parties' shared commitment towards promoting renewable energy awareness, enhancing technical skills development, and supporting youth empowerment through sustainable initiatives.
