Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 8 April 2026 and 21 April 2026.

The Board of Directors ("the Board") of the Company wishes to inform that, after due deliberation, the Company has decided at present not to appeal against the decision made by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

However, the Company intends to submit a fresh application to Bursa Securities for an exemption from the requirement to appoint a sponsor and undertake a regularisation plan upon the release of its results for the quarter ended 31 March 2026.
