Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 8 April 2026 ("First Announcement") and announcements dated 21 April 2026, 20 May 2026, 13 July 2026, 17 July 2026 and 23 July 2026 (collectively, "Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

The Board wishes to inform that the Company is still in the midst of formulating a regularisation plan to address its affected listed corporation status ("Regularisation Plan").

Premised on the First Announcement, the Company is required to submit a Regularisation Plan to Bursa Securities and obtain Bursa Securities' approval to implement the Regularisation Plan on or before 7 April 2027, which is approximately 8 months from the date hereof. The Company will make the relevant announcements in relation to any latest development in accordance with the requirements under Rule 8.03A of the Listing Requirements.
