Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 8 April 2026 ("First Announcement") and announcements dated 21 April 2026, 20 May 2026, 13 July 2026, 17 July 2026, 23 July 2026 and 3 August 2026 (collectively, "Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

In compliance with the Company's obligations under the Listing Requirements, the Board wishes to inform that there is no material development on the status as previously announced.

Premised on the First Announcement, the Company is required to submit a Regularisation Plan to Bursa Securities and obtain Bursa Securities' approval to implement the Regularisation Plan on or before 7 April 2027, which is approximately 7 months from the date hereof. The Company will make the relevant announcements in relation to any latest development in accordance with the requirements under Rule 8.03A of the Listing Requirements.
