Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 17 September 2025 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition ("Previous Announcement").
The Board of Directors of WRB wishes to announce that NPSB, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 9 March 2026 entered into a Share Sale Agreement (“SSA”) with the Vendor for the proposed acquisition of 47,500 ordinary shares in Ace Hydropower, representing 95% of the total issued share capital of Ace Hydropower (“New Sale Shares”) for a total cash consideration of RM850,000.00 (“Purchase Consideration”) (“Proposed Acquisition”).
Upon completion of the Proposed Acquisition, Ace Hydropower will become the indirect 95% owned subsidiary of WRB.
