ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: RESULT OF APPLICATION FOR FEED-IN APPROVAL FOR THE YEAR 2026 UNDER THE FEED-IN TARIFF ("FIT") SYSTEM

Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 18 August 2026, the Board wishes to announce the following additional information:
(a) FURTHER DETAILS ON THE PROJECTS
Neutron Power Sdn. Bhd. ("NPSB") had on 17 August 2026 received the email approval from SEDA for Feed-in Approval for the year 2026 under the FiT system for two (2) small hydropower projects located respectively within Hutan Rizab Bukit Kinta, Mukim Ulu Kinta, Ulu Kinta, Perak Darul Ridzuan ("Project 1") and within Hutan Rizab Bukit Tapah, Mukim Bidor, Batang Padang, Perak Darul Ridzuan ("Project 2") with the following details:

(b) EFFECTS OF THE PROJECTS ON EARNINGS AND NET ASSETS OF THE GROUP
The Projects are not expected to have any material impact on the earnings and net assets of WRB Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2026. However, the Projects are expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of the Group through recurring cash flows generated under the FiT programme.
(c)INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS, MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS AND/OR PERSONS CONNECTED WITH THEM
None of the Directors or major shareholders of WRB and persons connected with them has any interests, direct or indirect, in the Projects.
