Reference is made to the Company's announcements made on 18 March 2020, 22 July 2020, 30 March 2021, 24 June 2022, 26 November 2024, 21 February 2025 and 10 March 2026 ("Announcements") in respect of the Investigate Working Group on the investigation of Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, Mohd Anuar bin Mohd Hanadzlah; and Writ of Summons filed by Mohd Anuar bin Mohd Hanadzlah against the Company. Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the defamation suit initiated by Mohd Anuar bin Mohd Hanadzlah, has vide Kuala Lumpur High Court under Suit No.: WA-23NCvC-49-07/2020, concluded its full trial on 28 July 2026.

The Court has directed the solicitors of the respective parties to file their written submissions, and the suit was scheduled for oral submission on 15 October 2026. Meanwhile, the decision of the suit was scheduled for 29 October 2026 at 3:00 p.m.

The Board will make a further announcement on the outcome of the suit on or after 29 October 2026.
