Pursuant to Paragraph 9.20(1) and 10.06(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad , RCE wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, RCE Synergy Sdn Bhd had on 26 August 2011 disposed of 8,628,300 units in AmFirst REIT, representing approximately 2.01% in AmFirst REIT for a total cash consideration of RM9,922,545 (“Disposal”) equivalent to RM1.15 per unit.
