Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, RCE wishes to announce that the Company had on 11 August 2014 offered a total of 18,639,000 options to the eligible employees under the ESOS of the Company at a subscription price of RM0.32 per share in accordance to the Bylaws of the Company's ESOS. Each option entitles the option holder to subscribe for 1.5 new ordinary shares of the Company. The options are vested on the date of the offer and have an option period of 2 years expiring on 10 August 2016.

The market price of RCE shares at the close of the market on 11 August 2014 was RM0.345.
