We refer to the announcements dated 5 November 2015 and 25 November 2015 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board of Directors of RCE, AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank”) wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has approved the Proposed Share Consolidation, via a letter dated 7 December 2015. The aforesaid approval is subject to, inter-alia, the following conditions:- (a) RCE or AmInvestment Bank is required to make the relevant announcement pursuant to Paragraph 13.10(2) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities; and (b) RCE is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by the shareholders approving the Proposals. This announcement is dated 8 December 2015. |
