We refer to the announcements dated 15 July 2015, 23 July 2015 and 3 August 2015 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements. On behalf of RCE, AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that all the necessary documents for the implementation of the ESS had been submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 31 December 2015. In connection with the above, the effective date for the ESS is 31 December 2015. Accordingly, the 2009 ESOS is terminated with effect from 31 December 2015. This announcement is dated 31 December 2015. |
