We refer to the announcements dated 5 November 2015, 25 November 2015, 8 December 2015, 14 January 2016 and 15 January 2016 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”).
 
Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.
 
On behalf of the Board of Directors of RCE, AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the hearing of the petition for the Proposed Share Capital Reduction is fixed on 5 April 2016. In this respect, the notice of hearing of the petition will be advertised in ‘The Star’ and ‘Nanyang Siang Pau’ newspapers on 8 March 2016.
 
Upon obtaining the sealed copy of the order by the High Court of Malaya confirming the Proposed Share Capital Reduction, RCE will proceed to implement the Proposals.
