We refer to the announcements dated 5 November 2015, 25 November 2015, 8 December 2015, 14 January 2016, 15 January 2016, 7 March 2016 and 5 April 2016 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board of Directors of RCE, AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the sealed copy of the court order dated 5 April 2016 confirming the Share Capital Reduction (“Order”) has been extracted from the High Court of Malaya today. An office copy of the Order will be lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia on the entitlement date of the Capital Repayment, upon which the Share Capital Reduction shall take effect. This announcement is dated 11 April 2016. |
