We refer to the announcements dated 5 November 2015, 25 November 2015, 8 December 2015, 14 January 2016, 15 January 2016, 7 March 2016, 5 April 2016 and 11 April 2016 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”).
 
Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.
 
On behalf of the Board of Directors of RCE, AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that an office copy of the sealed order by the High Court of Malaya dated 5 April 2016 confirming the Share Capital Reduction has been lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia today and accordingly, the Share Capital Reduction takes effect today.
 
In addition, based on the issued and paid-up share capital of RCE as at 5.00 p.m. on 25 April 2016 (after the Share Capital Reduction), 1,363,809,945 ordinary shares of RM0.025 each in RCE (including treasury shares) will be consolidated into 340,952,486 ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in RCE (“Consolidated Shares”) as a result of the Share Consolidation.
 
The Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 26 April 2016.
