Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board of Directors of RCE, AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Share Consolidation has been completed following the listing of and quotation for 340,952,486 ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in RCE on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 26 April 2016.
