Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, RCE wishes to announce that the Company on 18 August 2017 offered a total of 9,137,000 options to the eligible employees under the Employees' Share Option Scheme of the Company's ESS at an option price of RM1.48 in accordance with the Bylaws of the Company's ESS. The options are vested on the date of acceptance of the offer and the market price of RCE shares at the close of the market on 18 August 2017 was RM1.68. This announcement is dated 18 August 2017. |
