Reference is made to the announcements on 9 November 2021 and 12 November 2021 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to highlight that in order to facilitate the concurrent crediting and/or listing of the Treasury Shares and Bonus Shares, the Treasury Shares and Bonus Shares will not be credited, listed and/or traded on the next market day after the Entitlement Date. The date on which the Treasury Shares and Bonus Shares will be credited, listed and/or traded will be announced in due course.
