We refer to the announcements dated 9 November 2021, 12 November 2021 and 15 November 2021 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 18 November 2021, approved the listing and quotation of up to 360,251,432 Bonus Shares subject to, inter alia, the following conditions:-

1. RCE and AmInvestment Bank must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Bonus Issue;
2. RCE and AmInvestment Bank to inform Bursa Securities upon completion of the Proposed Bonus Issue;
3. RCE / AmInvestment Bank to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by Shareholders at the forthcoming general meeting for the Proposed Bonus Issue;
4. RCE and AmInvestment Bank to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Bonus Issue is completed; and
5. RCE and AmInvestment Bank are required to make the relevant announcements pursuant to Paragraphs 6.35(3) and 6.35(5) of the Listing Requirements.
