On behalf of the Board, Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the issue price and conversion price of the RCPS to be issued pursuant to the Rights Issue has been fixed at RM0.38 per RCPS, which represents a premium of approximately 27.95% to the theoretical ex-bonus price of RM0.297 based on the 5-day volume weighted average market price of RCE Shares up to and including 15 October 2012 of RM0.445. The issue price and conversion price were also arrived at after considering the prevailing market conditions and the par value of the RCPS of RM0.10 each. This announcement is dated 16 October 2012.
