RCE wishes to announce that further to the application for voluntary striking-off pursuant to Section 308 of the Companies Act, 1965 made by RCE Premier Sdn Bhd ("RPSB"), a dormant sub-subsidiary of RCE to the Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM"), RPSB had on 26 November 2012 received notification from CCM that RPSB has been struck-off from the register of CCM.

The above striking-off has no material financial effect on RCE Group.
