Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, RCE wishes to announce that the Company on 25 June 2024 offered a total of 19,554,000 options to the eligible employees under the Employees' Share Option Scheme of the Company's ESS at an option price of RM2.55 in accordance with the By-Laws of the Company's ESS. The options are vested on the date of acceptance of the offer and the market price of RCE shares at the close of the market on 25 June 2024 was RM2.830. This announcement is dated 25 June 2024. |
