The Board of Directors of Sentoria Group Berhad ("SENTORIA" or "the Company") wishes to announce that Sentoria Themeparks and Resorts Sdn Bhd ("STRSB"), the wholly-owned subsidiary of SENTORIA has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary named Star Wholesale Sdn Bhd ("SWSB"), a private limited company incorported in Malaysia under Companies Act, 1965 on 23 April 2012. 

The initial authorised capital of SWSB is RM100,000.00 divided into 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each and the paid up capital is RM2.00 which is divided into 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. Its principal activity is to carry on business as wholesaler and general trader in all types of products which will mainly support the in-house purchasing function of STRSB that is complementary to our hospitality division.

 

The incorporation of SWSB will not have any significant impact on the issued and paid-up capital, substantial shareholding structure, earnings per shares, net assets per shares and gearing of SENTORIA Group for the financial year ending 30 September 2012.

 

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of SENTORIA or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the incorporation of SWSB.
