Remarks :

In accordance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), the Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on 24 April 2013, being one (1) market day after the book closing date.

The Share Registrar of Sentoria will issue and despatch the notice of allotment to all entitled shareholders of Sentoria within four (4) market days from the date of listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
