The Board of Directors of Sentoria Group Berhad (“Sentoria” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that Sentoria Borneo Land Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1044844-V) (“SBL” or “the Purchaser”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 23 August 2013 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA” or “this Agreement”) with Projek Bandar Samariang Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 443828-P) (“PBS” or “the Landowner” or “the Vendor”) to purchase the sub-division land, measuring approximately 300 acres, known as Residential Land-1 and Residential Land-2 situated at Bandar Samariang township, Kuching of Lots 7077 and 7686 both in Block 9 Salak Land District (“the Lands”) for a purchase consideration of RM30,000,000.00 (hereinafter also referred to as “the Purchase Price”) on a “as-is-where-is” basis, subject to the fulfillment of the conditions precedent and all the terms and conditions as contained in the SPA.
