On behalf of the Board of Directors of Sentoria ("Board"), MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad ("MIDF Investment"), wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following proposals:
(i) a proposed bonus issue of 88,000,000 warrants in Sentoria ("Warrants") on the basis of one (1) Warrant for every five (5) existing ordinary shares of RM0.20 each in Sentoria ("Sentoria Shares" or "Shares") held on an entitlement date to be determined by the Board and announced later ("Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants");

(ii) a proposed increase in the authorised share capital of Sentoria from RM100,000,000 comprising 500,000,000 Sentoria Shares to RM200,000,000 comprising 1,000,000,000 Sentoria Shares ("Proposed Increase in Authorised Share Capital"); and

(iii) a proposed amendment to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of Sentoria ("Proposed Amendments").
