We refer to our announcement dated 30 December 2013 in relation to the execution of the Share Purchase Agreement with Interaktif Jasa Sdn. Bhd. and Interaktif Cerah Sdn. Bhd. on 30 December 2013 for the acquisition of 75,000 ordinary shares of RM1-00 each in the share capital of Sentoria Alfa Sdn. Bhd. (“SASB”) representing 30% of the issued and paid-up share capital of SASB, for a total consideration of RM9,000,000-00. (“Proposed Acquisition”).

The Board of Directors of Sentoria is pleased to announce that the Proposed Acquisition has been completed on 29 January 2014.
