We refer to our announcement dated 23 January 2014 in relation to the above Proposals. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Sentoria, MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the applications in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants had been submitted to the relevant authorities on 13 February 2014.
