(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those mentioned in our announcements dated 23 January 2014 and 13 February 2014 in relation to the Proposals.)
We refer to the announcements made on 23 January 2014 and 13 February 2014 in relation to the above Proposals.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Sentoria, MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad ("MIDF Investment") is pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had, vide its letter dated 3 March 2014, approved the following:-

(i) Admission to the Official List of Bursa Securties and listing of and quotation for up to 88,000,000 Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants; and

(ii) Listing for up to 88,000,000 new Sentoria Shares arising from exercise of the Warrants ("Exercise").

The approval granted by Bursa Securities for the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants is subject to, amongst others, the following conditions:-

(i) Sentoria and MIDF Investment must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements ("LR") pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants;

(ii) Sentoria and MIDF Investment to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants;

(iii) Sentoria to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants is completed; and

(iv) Sentoria is required to furnish Bursa Securities on a quarterly basis a summary of the total number of shares listed pursuant to the Exercise as at the end of each quarter together with a detailed computation of listing fees payable.
