Remarks :

The share registrar of Sentoria will issue and despatch the notices of allotment of the Warrants to all the entitled shareholders of Sentoria within four (4) market days after the date of listing and quotation of the Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"). The Warrants will be quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities within two (2) market days after the application for the quotation of the Warrants is submitted to Bursa Securities.
