SNTORIA - NOTICE OF BONUS ENTITLEMENT

LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 70232 OF 2014

Bonus issue of 88,000,000 warrants in Sentoria Group Berhad ("Sentoria") on the basis of one (1) warrant for every five (5) existing ordinary shares of RM0.20 each in Sentoria held at 5.00 p.m. on 16 April 2014.

Kindly be advised of the following : 

1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted [ "Ex - Bonus Issue" ] as from : [ 14 April 2014 ] 

2) The last date of lodgement : [ 16 April 2014 ] 

Remarks :- The share registrar of Sentoria will issue and despatch the notices of allotment of the Warrants to all the entitled shareholders of Sentoria within four (4) market days after the date of listing and quotation of the Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"). The Warrants will be quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities within two (2) market days after the application for the quotation of the Warrants is submitted to Bursa Securities.
