The Board ofDirectors of Sentoria ("Board") is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Sentoria Bina Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 477814-V) ("SBSB") has on 23 ^rd June 2014 accepted the Letter of Award from Grinterra Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 259491-M) ("GSB") dated 23 ^rd June 2014 ("Letter of Award" or "LOA") for Main Contract of Main Building and Infrastructure Works of the proposed project of Pembangunan Perumahan Rakyat 1 Malaysia (PRIMA) on 79.185 acres of government land situated in the Mukim of Penor, District ofKuantan and State of Pahang Darul Makmur in accordance with the terms and conditions of the LOA at a total contract sum of RM80,000,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Eighty Million only) ("the Proposed Project").
