Reference is made to the earlier announcement dated 13 March 2014 in relation to the MTN Programme. The Board of Directors of SGB is pleased to announce that the Company has today successfully completed with the MTN Programme. The tenure of the issue is between three (3) years to seven (7) years from the issue date. The coupon payment is payable semi-annually. This announcement is dated 31 July 2014. |
