The Board of Directors of Sentoria is pleased to announce that on 1 September 2014, its subsidiary, Sentoria Langkawi Sdn. Bhd. ("SLSB") entered into the following agreements:

(A) Lease Agreement with Lembaga Pembangunan Langkawi ("LPL") to lease approximately 70 acres of Malay Reservationn Land located at Bandar Padang Mat Sirat, Kampung Kok Langkawi, District of Langkawi, Kedah (hereinafter the "1st Land") for a consideration of RM30.492 million; and

(B) Lease Agremeent with LPL to lease approximately 50 acres of Malay Reservation Land located at Tempat Bukit Tekoh, Tempat Bukit Carok Nyak Mud, Tempat Charok Nyak Mud and Tempat Caruk Nyak Mud, Mukim Ulu Melaka, District of Langkawi, Kedah (hereinafter the "2nd Land") for a consideration of RM10.890 million;

(hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Proposals").
