The Board of Directors of Sentoria ("Board") is pleased to announce that on 5th December 2014, Sentoria had subscribed for 300,000 Ordinary Shares of RM1.00 each in Sentoria Utara Sdn.Bhd. (Company No. 1114233-A) ("SUSB"), for a total cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Three Hundred Thousand (RM300,000.00) only ("the Subscription"). Subsequent to the Subscription, SUSB shall become a 75% owned subsidiary of Sentoria. The details of the announcement are set out in the attached file. This announcement is dated 5th December 2014. |
