The Board of Directors of Sentoria ("the Board") is pleased to announce that Sentoria Utara Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1114233-A) ("SUSB" or "the Purchaser"), a 75% owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 2 January 2015 entered into a sale and purchase agreement ("SPA" or "the Agreement") with Ideal Appraisal Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 237845-P) ("IASB" or "the Landowner" or "the Vendor") to acquire the following three (3) parcels of land ("the Lands"), measuring approximately 304.605 acres in total area for a purchase consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Forty Six Million Four Hundred Forty Thousand Seventy Eight and Sen Thirty (RM46,440,078.30) ("Purchase Price") only upon terms and subject to the conditions as contained in the SPA:-
(i) PT2420 Land 1
A portion of vacant freehold land measuring approximately 180.964 acres held under H.S.(D) 126049, PT 2420, Bandar Amanjaya, Daerah Kuala Muda, Negeri Kedah ("PT2420 Land 1");
(ii) PT2420 Land 2
A portion of vacant freehold land measuring approximately 120 acres held under H.S.(D) 126049, PT 2420, Bandar Amanjaya, Daerah Kuala Muda, Negeri Kedah ("PT2420 Land 2"); and
(iii) PT48884 Land
A portion of vacant freehold land measuring approximately 3.641 acres held under H.S.(D) 12951/96, PT 48884, Mukim Sungai Petani, Daerah Kuala Muda, Negeri Kedah ("PT48884 Land")
(hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Lands Acquisition").
