The Board of Directors of Sentoria is pleased to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Share B uy-Back Authority and Proposed Shareholders' Mandate at the forthcoming Sixteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
A Statement and Circular to Shareholders containing details of the Proposals will be despatched together with the 2014 Annual Report to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
